Sifu Rey lives, breathes and teaches Wing Chun/Muay Thai. You can't think of a better teacher to learn from. One practice session with him and you can easily tell the depth of his knowledge.
Head to his gym to get a taste of the real deal!!- it is not gonna cost you a single buck for the first week - and then you can decide for your own.
All you will see is hardcore wing chun/muay thai being practiced in the purest form- from the grandmaster's words of wisdom to the student's physical interpretation of the words.
Whether learning Wing Chun or Muay Thai - the mantra is simple and posted right on the practice floor- "TO PERFORM LIKE A CHAMPION YOU MUST TRAIN LIKE ONE".
