Ive tried several bjj schools in Rockland, none can compare like this school. Professor Omar is very knowledgeable and passionate to teach this awesome art. The kids program is great as well. Kids have fun while learning bjj. Instructor Angel makes it easy for the kids to understand this complex art. Overall a great school to learn.

My children have been training here for a few months now. They cannot wait for class to begin. Their behavior and focus improved so much since they have been here. The trainers are patient and dedicated to each and every child. They are wholeheartedly determined to makes these children shine physically and mentally. The lessons taught here will prove to be the greatest tools of their young adulthood.

Since I saw what a great time my children were having, I decided to join the adult class. I can safely say that I am hooked as well. Training with Master Omar and Trainer David have proved to be nothing but amazing. They push you both mentally and physically and when class is over you start counting down until the next one.

This is the number one academy in Rockland county without a doubt. Beautiful zebra mats a clean facility shower and locker room coupled with world class teaching is all one could ask for. Bottom line is if you want the best or to become the best train at Renzo Gracie Rockland.

Very low budget academy, all the mats are old wrestling mats taped together in a random order . teaching is decent but way to much horse play no respect for the instructors it like sitting in 7th grade health class learning about anatomy. I now train a Renzo Gracie northvale Karl Massaro is an amazing black belt under Renzo Gracie with years of experience. Renzo gracie rockland only has a purple belt instructor with minimal year of experience

If you are looking to compete or even just get a great workout Renzo Gracie Rockland is the place to train!!! Omar is a great Jiu Jitsu instructor as it shows through all the accomplishments of his students. His students continue to be the dominant school in Rockland as it has shown in the past two years during the annual Good Fight competition which takes place in Nyack College. Only nine students competed but still managed to win over 15 medals!!! Over the past year of attending competitions I have only seen one of Chino's be entered into a competition.

The trainning and competition team That sensei Omar is creating from scratch is far and beyond anyones reach,,, As he is in his beginning stages of business (this is far more then a business for him) per say... his dedication, aspiration and willingness to improve each individuals game plan comes from the bottom of his god willing heart and passionate manner. In my own opinion and experience i strongly believe that if you are thinking about joining a humble family oriented trainning or competition team he is the person to count on to get u to your goals on course... I fell in love with the Jiu Jitsu World due to the Gracie's family love for people their carisma character and friendly delivery and aproach.. I believe that Brazilians are awesome people in general and now Sensei Omar is an afiliate of Renzo Gracie and shares the same qualities that attracted me and my family to the sport... What better place then a place where u can feel at home while being away from home while focusing on your health discipline and family... he does it all.... hopefully this can help u find Sensei Omar or one like him within the afiliated schools Renzo Gracie Rokland...

I'd train at Rockland bjj chino is the man he has a ton of accomplisments and medals I dont think the guy at this academy has any acomplisments
