Great school for all ages!

I was retired (rapidly becoming a couch potatoe) and was looking for some fun exercise. Tennis and golf are good but I wanted something more demanding. Triathalons too demanding, gyms too boring. I had taken some martial arts classes in my twenties and thought what the heck give it a try. I was immediately hooked. Sensei Randolph is an excellent teacher. He is very knowledgeable and is able to easily impart that knowledge (old dog, new tricks). He tailors his instruction to the individual and is very patient, see afore mentioned old dog, and is incredible with children. I recommend his school to anyone.
