Ours is a small school dedicated to teaching skills, philosophies and techniques for appropriate self defense for all ages, abilities and body types. We keep our class sizes small allowing us to focus on effective tactics to protect ourselves and those around us.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Reno Dojo - Martial Arts for Self Defense:
Tuesdays and Thursdays:
5:15p-5:40p Children (3-5 years old)
5:45p-6:25p Kids (6-10 years old)
6:30p-7:25p Kids and Teens (11-15 years old)
7:30p-9:30p Young Adults and Adult (16 years old and up)
Wednesdays:
8:00a-9:00a Tai Chi
