Take the time to workout at this school and you will find a home. The workouts are tough, the techniques are well thought and it has a family type atmosphere. The adult classes are 1 1/2 hours long 3 days a week and only $75 per month. No surprises here. The Sensei (Mario) does a 6 month agreement plus a free uniform and holds nobody there that doesn't want to be there unlike other schools. Come see it for yourself.

I lost 35 lbs last year working out at this karate school. The class was well organized and the Sensei taught a lot of useful techniques. I had to move out of the area or I would still be there.

They have 1 1/2 hour classes for the adults. They go over footwork, balance, striking, falling, self defense, katas and much more. On top of that, they are about half the cost of most schools.

This has been an outstanding karate school. The school has been a great opportunity for all ages to learn martial arts. Both of my kids have been learning and enjoying the class! Sensei Mario and all of the instructors have been wonderful teachers, and we highly recommend this school.

My kids love this school. The instructors are very good with kids. I have noticed a difference in my kids attitudes,team work, athleticism, and most of all respect. I would recommend this school to everyone from kids to adults. We visited 4 schools in the Elk grove and Sacramento and this school is by far the best
I have attended this school for about 2 years and after having attended several schools before this is the best by far. Sensei Mario is the best teacher and cares about his students
