The Renaissance Academy is a fully certified Black Belt Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy as well as certified Kru Muay Thai instruction.
Our Total Defense program is a multi style curriculum that blends the arts of Muay Thai, Karate, JKD, Gracie Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga. This program is designed for ages 4 and up developing the skills and conditioning to successfully protect themselves.
