WHAT DO WE TEACH?
We offer Group and Personal training in Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, STX (Savate Thai X-Training), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Combat Submission Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts, Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Kali/Arnis/Escrima, and Self Defense (if this all sounds like gobly gook then check out our "Martial Arts" page for more info). Blending traditional drills, with modern strength and conditioning, and games to build speed, cordination, endurance, reflexes and technique to build superior athletes with superior skills, and superior bodies. We are here to help you be the best you can be!
WHO DO WE TEACH?
We teach people who are looking to improve themselves. Mom's, Dad's, Sons, Daughters, High school and College students from NOVA CC and George Mason University, active and retired Law Enforcement officers, members of the military, IT professionals, Lawyers, Mechanics, Accountants, Servers, Retail clerks, Diplomats and everyone inbetween 15 to 60. Our members battle 66, 28 and 50 for our unique training because it's the BEST! This is not a knuckle head gym, and it's not a new trendy hot spot, it's something that brings out the best. Hailing from Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, South Riding, Herndon, Chantilly, Manassas, Dulles, Sterling, and Gainsville because they know our unique approach to training works! Some of our members have plans of competing in Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA events, others just want to feel safe where ever they go while others, just want to challenge themselves, and get in better shape. Our members are taught how to troubleshoot their problems in and out of the gym, that stress and challenges are good for you and that what used to seem impossible will just take some effort, some sweat, and some persistence.
