We share our mats with JumpnJax at 1111 Main Street. Come in through front double doors and head to the right through the tall wooden doors.
We train in a focused and relaxed atmosphere. Safety is a priority such that people can continue training for many years.
We have an emphasis on mind/body practices.
Ben Piper is the instructor. He has studied martial arts for 30 years. His training includes DanZan Ryu Jujitsu, Tai Chi, Hsing I, Capoeira, and Aikido. Robert Noha is his current sensei.
