I have a handicap (polio) and I’m still healing from a hip replacement. I choose the school because the Art is gentle enough to help me heal and the environment is serene and harmonious.
The instructors are supportive and incredibly beautiful people and just great to be around. You are encouraged to go at your own pace.
The art is graceful and beautiful yet powerful.
