Sifu Paul Mason began his martial arts journey in 2008 under Master John Lambert, of Meng’s Martial Arts of Cincinnati.
Over the next 12 years he earned various certifications under the Meng's organization, in the art of Shaolin Wing Chun along with the rank of 2nd degree black sash, and in 2017 he opened his club, Red Tiger Martial Arts.

We follow the basic Shaolin Kung Fu methodology - We offer exercises to condition the body and philosophy that
nourishes the mind; forms and drills to increase body intelligence (body karma); and the opportunity to test your skill in a challenging yet safe and fun environment.
