A traditional Chinese kung fu school focusing on self-defense through animal boxing systems, grappling, throwing, and weapons. Also available are classes in internal arts such as Tai Chi and Qigong. Most classes are taught privately but may include up to two students at once.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Red Lotus Temple:
Classes are each an hour long. Time slots available are as needed with a wide range of them open at this time. Ages are from teenagers to elderly.
