Red Lotus Kenpo offers a self defense classes for all ages and fitness levels. Classes targeted to youth, adults, and women-only are available. The instructors are Emily Schmidt and Mikaela Smith. Both are black belts trained in Westwind Kenpo with years of experience teaching students of all ages and abilities.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Red Lotus Kenpo:
Intermediate Class 5:30 - 7:00PM Monday
Beginning Class Ages 5-12 5:30 - 7:00PM Wednesday
Adult Beginner Class 7:30 - 9:00PM Wednesday
Women-Only Class 8:30 - 10:00AM Saturday
