My co-workers and I requested a private group with RDMAA, in Richland Center, to help us prepare for safe home visiting as a result of increased contact with drug affected adults as part of our job. Mr. Jager has been outstanding to work with, has accommodated our needs individually and as a professional team, and established a safe, fun and supportive learning environment. We are an all female group and his techniques have been adapted to suit our professional requirements so that they are relevant to the work we do and the way we do it. He has been encouraging and supportive of team members working through past workplace trauma/ violence. This has been more impactful in empowering those team members than EAP programs or traditional therapy. As individuals and as a group we have always felt that Mr. Jager has treated us with dignity, respect and professionalism and we have highly recommended his teachings and his schools to fellow female colleagues, friends and family.
