Recreational Judo of Oklahoma

Judo is a competitive, Olympic sport. Many clubs train with the goal of becoming competitors and elite athletes. Recreational judo is less intensive. We focus on fitness, fun, and promoting the culture of judo. Judo culture centers on two principles: mutual welfare and benefit and most effective use of energy. Practicing judo can be very rewarding without the pressures (and injuries) that often come with training for competition.
