Ray Rice Karate school is a blessing

My daughter has been attending karate classes there for 8 years. Absolutely love the school and Ray Rice is a true blessing to this community.

Ray Rice's Martial Arts Center may lack the bells and whistles of a modern, slick building, but it offers the tradition of sound instruction, strong character building, patient guidance in instruction, and a foundation of community responsibility. Ray and his staff offer individual attention to students who may struggle and continued encouragement and praise for hard work. All students are treated in an equal and fair manner. Parents and grandparents are welcome to stay and observe the classes. My brother began instruction when the school began in Forest City. My son followed in the mid-1980s, and now his son is beginning the journey to self-respect which leads to respect for others, self-control which leads to an inner strength which will help him to be confident, and an understanding of character and attitude which will pave the way to a successful and productive future. Thanks Ray for all you do.

The man is insane! Stay away!

He claims to be a BJJ instructor but doesn't know the first thing about BJJ. Don't waste your time and money. If you are looking for Jiu Jitsu find an instructor that has the proper credentials and affiliations! Stay away from these fake black belts that get their instructions from YouTube videos!
