This school has been in operation for over 25 years and provides individuals with real and effective martial arts that work. We specialize in kids karate, adult martial arts and women's self-defense. Our staff is professional and provides a safe and accepting environment. NO CONTRACTS and NO SALES TEAM!
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at RI Self-Defense Center:
Ages 5-6 and older learn fundamentals such as stance, posture, striking, kicking, blocking and free sparring. In addition to these aspects, students will also learn avoidance strategies and verbal skills to deal with bullying.
Our adult program builds upon the principles observed in the Kids Karate program, while providing the tools and techniques needed to EFFECTIVELY defend one’s life and family.
We also have strictly self-defense program that is geared towards woman and law enforcement.
