Classes follow the set curriculum of the Shotokan Karatedo International Federation, SKIF, headed by Kanazawa Hirokazu. All staff members are CPR and Defibrillator Certified by the American Red Cross Association. Our staff trains with SKIF Directors & Board Members twice each year to provide the most up-to-date SKIF material.

Classes are scheduled with an appropriate student to instructor ratio in order to insure all ages receive optimum instruction for growth.
