Red Dragon Shou Shu Modesto
Red Dragon Shou Shu (Northern Shou Shu) continues the art as originally taught by our founder, Sijo Da' Shifu Al Moore Sr. It's purity of it's teachings today are preserved and overseen by Da' Shifu James Clark, a loyal student of our founder. The art of Norther Shou Shu is a combat art that is designed for self-defense.
This system of seven different animal styles utilizes principles of physics to create power which can be learned by all regardless of different body type. Everyone can benefit from Northern Shou Shu, the techniques and the principles that are being taught progressively trains the body and the mind.

SCHOOLS BUSINESS HOURS:
MONDAY-THURSDAY 3 PM - 8:30 PM
FRIDAY 3 PM - 7 PM
SATURDAY/SUNDAY CLOSED
ADULT CLASSES AGE 18+ with unlimited 1 hr group class program: 7-8 pm M-TH and 6-7 pm FR
YOUNG ADULTS AGE 13-17: 6-7 PM M/TH/F
KIDS CLASS AGE 5-12 with unlimited 1/2 hr group class program:
INTRODUCTORY CLASS AGE 5-12 (NO BELTS): 4-4:30 PM M-F
BEGINNERS (WHITE BELTS ONLY): 4:30-5 PM M-F
INTERMEDIATE (YELLOW BELTS): 5-5:30 PM M-TH
ADVANCED (ORANGE BELT AND UP): 5:30-6 PM M-TH
*INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED BOTH TRAIN ON FRIDAY FROM 5-6 PM (REACTION CLASS)
