I have tried many schools through my life and all of those are unrealistic scenarios. At Quest they teach you to be prepared for what happens in the real world. Which I have been able to use without thinking about what I should do! All the instructors are wonderful and they have a great family environment!
Quest is a great school! All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and highly skilled in the systems taught at the school. I've studied several systems, and the marriage of Kenpo, Jujitsu, and BJJ taught at the school is one of the most well rounded offering of systems that I have seen. All of the self defense techniques presented seem highly effective for real life encounters.
One of the most positive aspects of the school is the culture of Ohana "Family" that one encounters once you start training at Quest. I would recommend Quest to anyone.
