Traditional Japanese karate. Sensei Mathews has taught Shotokan since 1996 in Seattle.
Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 - 8 PM. Classes are open to anyone ages 8 years old and up. First class is focused on beginners (6 - 7 PM). The second class is focused on more advanced training.
