At Proletics Martial Arts & Fitness, Grandmaster Earl M. Harris 10th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do with over 40 years of experience has been teaching martial arts classes to people just like you. When you take the Adult Martial Arts classes with Grandmaster Harris will be teaching practical martial arts self defense moves he will also help you master all the moves and much more. With each new Adult lesson, he will help you to strengthen your mind with martial arts exercises that teach you how to focus and help you to think three steps ahead, galvanizing your self-confidence along the way!
In addition we have a youth training program includes martial arts and fitness classes the program promotes confidence and leadership through achievement and physical skill building. Participants between the ages of 7-16 will enjoy participating in the various athletic and artistic elements of class that help them in their martial arts and fitness journey. The Youth training program is unique from any other sport in that it shapes students to be strong, individualized competitors while at the same time teaching them the importance of working as a team. The Youth Program challenges participants to develop and strengthen their martial arts skills through high paced and exciting training classes.
Finally, we offer for your child an enriching, fun after school program – that provides transportation. We pick your child up from school, and bring them to our facility for an afternoon full of martial art, fun & games and of course homework.
Your child will learn first hand about responsibility, discipline, respect and confidence, while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow students.
