I am a woman, a new student at Progressive Martial Arts, and over the age of 50. I take the MMA workout on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. The workout is challenging but awesome. It's fun and the people there are terrific. I felt welcomed the day I entered the door. If you are looking for a place to workout and feel accepted, Progressive Martial Arts is the place you want to go.
