Classes will bring the peace, meditation and unmatched circular footwork of aikido and the practical, brutal fighting system, sambo practiced by Russian military and UFC greats FEDOR and KHABIB
Takedowns and slams will be taught but no full contact and age will be accounted for.
Taught in Haven apartments clubhouse and outdoors to simulate combat conditions. Suited for men, women and children, safe and beneficial for all!
Workouts will burn a minimum of 1 pound a week!
Bring your own toy knives and hand gun shaped waterguns!
$50 cash per hour. Classes last 2 hours.
M-F, text or call for timings but usually in business from noon until 6 pm. And classes don’t end in 14 days but the benefits last a life time! Nothing to lose but calories and uncertainty about threats you will face inside and outside of yourself!
No belts but when you are good you’ll know it and so will any opponent!
