I took my daughter out of another Tae Kwon Do school because of their long pricey contracts, and lack of a good cardio workout. I was quite pleased with Master Lucas and the workout classes he does. He teaches my children ways to defend themselves while giving them a fun, tough workout that they love. There are NO CONTRACTS forced upon you, and I've seen BIG changes at home with respect! And they even call me ma'am sometimes!(never thought that would happen). The only problem is, they run around kicking everything now and showing off to their friends; but with all the great things canceling those out, I can deal with it:-)
