I have taken two courses so far; the instructor is exceptional, has lots of experience, and is willing to share his knowledge. The gym is well-designed and has all equipment/accessories for the class. I am absolutely sure that this course will benefit me in the future in terms of self-defense, not to mention mind training that I am already using daily.
