I have trained under 2 World Champions from Brazil and must say they were great but ever since I became a part of the Princeton Brazilian Jiu jitsu family my BJJ has sky rocketed! Emily and Art teach wonderfully and focus on the finite aspects of the art. No more do I ponder if I got the technique right. Art, Emily and the other coaches ensure there is no confusion and will do everything to make you get it! Come join our family because that's what we are! I'm 40 and in the best shape of my life! Jiu jitsu will save your life physically, mentally and will become a way of life! I leave saying this.. Ooooossss! In Brazil it means kinda like "OH yeah!" So come check us out. You will be in awe!

Princeton BJJ is the best school I have ever gone to. They treat their school like a place to learn Martial Arts than a place to get buff and beat people up. Its fun, relaxed, and everyone there is crazy talented. Definitly due to the fact that they have such good teachers, Emily Kwok and Art Keintz. If you want to learn how to fight with good TECHNIQUE this is the place to go.

My time at PBJJ has been great so far. I have been training here for a little under 1 year and in that short time improved so much. Art and Emily's approach to teaching is great because we get to see 2 different aspect of bjj. One aspect being sport/competition the other being self defense/real life application. They're great instructors and are always open to questions. We all train hard and have great laughs together, I couldn't be happier!

Oh, and were open on Sundays!!!

I have attended Princeton BJJ for over 2 years now and can say without any reservation that the instruction at this school is the best I've experienced in martial arts. The instructors, Emily and Art, take personal attention to all their students and there is a great balance between technique and fitness. I feel like I learn something at every class. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly and everyone in the school tries to support each other which I think is a indication of how good the instructors are.

Art and Emily are great instructors who care a lot about the development of each student. I've been with them for a few years now, and my BJJ game has improved substantially since then. They're open to questions and individual needs as well. Also, the tuition is reasonable for a BJJ school, and students get a reduced rate on top of that.

Great place to train at any level

After joining this gym, Art and Emily immediately adopted me into their bjj family. It is always a blast training and learn an incredible amount. One of the best parts about training here is how comfortable I feel and how fitting bjj into a busy life schedule, I still find a au to improve my jui jitsu every week.
