Clean and well kept facility. ..with plenty of gear and the instructors Sensei Justin Clark and Beth clark are awesome. ..i take away somthing new ive learned with every class. ...we train hard and play hard too. ...other students are great and everyone gets along. ..all around great place to train. ...come try em out. ...you wont regret it. ...if its to learn to fight. .. become a better fighter. ....or just to get in shape. ...they will set u in the right direction!!!
I could go on and on about the fancy new equipment, the cleanliness, the family atmosphere, but I’m just going to say that Sensei Clark offers top notch instruction for real world self defense. He genuinely cares about all of his students, their goals, their safety, and of course their advancement in the Martial Arts. It’s not just another dojo. ...we are a close knit family. If I could have given my second home a 10 Star rating I would have! Give Pride Rock a try, you will be glad you did.
