My Aggrivated lil 13 yr old

My 13 yr old daughter started PMA in Nov. 2011. She struggled with aggrivation towards her older sister, her parents, and a couple of kids at school. She's very emotional, angry about everything, and has a serious need to let it all out!
This Martial team has helped her to focus her anger and boost her self-esteem. Before she started, the owner (Ron) told us that this was a great group that welcomed new people. (I really thought this was a sales ploy, but was very wrong) My daughter loves class, and the fellow classmates that push, pick, joke, and encourage her constantly.
