Welcome to Pragmatic Institute of Self-Defense in Foley, AL. We offer several programs including Pragmatic Self-Defense, Integrated Kung-Fu, Knockdown Karate, Wrestling, a Jeet Kune Do study group, Individual Stick and Knife. We also offer private lessons and specialty seminars for bully prevention (BullyFree JKD) and women's self-defense (No Victim Here!).
