Monday 6-6:45 Beginning Class for white belts through green belts, all ages.
Monday 6:45-7:15 Sparring Class for all belts all ages.
Monday 7:15 - 8:00 Intermediate/Advanced class for purple through black belts, all ages.
Tuesday 6-7 Kids class for all belt ranks, students under 13.
Tuesday 7-8 Adult class for all belt ranks, students over 13.
Tuesday 8-9 Open training and private lessons for all belts and ages.
Thursday 6-7 Beginning Class for white belts through green belts, all ages.
Thursday 7-8 Intermediate/Advanced class for purple through black belts, all ages.
