We are located in Western Nassau County, just minutes from the Queens border. We offer classes for men, women and children of all ages.
We have classes for 3&4 yr old's - our classes stress exercises and movements that will make it easy for your child to begin their journey into the martial arts. We develop their listening and attention skills thru drills masked as fun games.
We have - beginner, intermediate advanced classes for children 5 years old - 16 yrs old. We concentrate on strong self defense fundamentals, to build your child's confidence and abilities fast! We will improve their focus, physical conditioning, and teach them to set and achieve goals.
We have beginner thru advanced classes for adult students in Japanese Jujitsu. Beginner classes concentrate on street applicable self defense.
For the student who is looking for more... we have advanced training in Gohin Budo Jujitsu, and Classical Japanese martial arts such as: Daito Ryu Aikijujitsu, Asayama Ichiden Ryu, Hontai Takagi Yoshin Ryu, and Kukishinden Han-bo Jitsu.
We are the Headquarters for Daito Ryu Aikijujitsu Ginjukai. Daito ryu is an old school samurai art taught to the retainers of the imperial castle guards. It is the parent system of many modern Jujitsu systems, Aikido & Hapkido. Daito Ryu is known for its powerful, yet seemingly effortless locks and throws. We concentrate on minimal effort for maximum result.
Ginjukai currently has over 10 branches in 8 different states.
We also offer classes in Systema, the martial arts taught to the Spetsnaz. The Spetsnaz are an elite Russian military branch.
