Quality Instruction in martial arts for all ages

Mr. Monroe is an excellent instructor, both thorough and patient.
His teaching credentials are outstanding, and he is certified through some of the legends in modern martial arts. His taekwondo credentials are through the World Taekwondo Federation and from Master Jimmy Kim (1988 Olympic Gold Medalist in Taekwondo). His Muay Thai credentials are through Grand Master Toddy, considered a national treasure of Thailand for his Muay Thai Instruction. His Jiu Jitsu credentials are through the Gracie World Headquarters and Rnener and Rioron Gracie. Adding to the quality of instruction, his assistant instructor (Dr. Tranmer) is accredited as both an instructor and a referee. There are classes available in Taekwondo, Hapkido, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercise, and MMA.
