Unorganized and too much advertising through young students

No communication between instructors running the same class on different days. Sarcasm and snapping between instructors in front of students. Nickel and dimming. No up front price or communication on the little add ons (i. e. gear, weapons, "leadership" classes, camps). Belittling parents and students when they ask how to do something or were never taught with the instructor the day before. No consistency on "yes sir, no sir" type rules. Mrs. M and Miss Crystal could do a great job if Mr. M just stayed out in marketing and away from teaching classes. All very nice people, just newish to running an organized business I think. Too many pressured advertising things. Once a month to your teacher for signing up to let them demonstrate, a badge you can NEVER earn unless you bring people to class and push them to join. At a young age that is mean. One class, then their parents have to tell them no because they can't afford it or schedule the time, just so you can get a badge. Mayhem is the biggest thing. Only 30 minute classes, 15 minutes "warming up", 5-10 minutes figuring out where everyone should be with a clipboard, the rest left to martial arts.
