Serious Training with Great Technique

Only having trained there a few times, I find the instruction top notch. There are no egos there and the black belts are very patient with beginners and do a great job explaining the techniques. I find what they teach to be very effective and very professionally done. The senior instructor Vic Williams is very soft spoken, yet has wonderful, effective technique. No one is there to hurt you or to compete with you. This immediately put me at ease and makes it fun to learn. They are affiliated with Capital Aikikai which is headquartered in Silver Spring, MD. Another affiliated dojo in Syracuse sponsors seminars at the Rochester dojo most every month I'm told. I like this club!
