I am a counselor that works with substance abuse clients and mental health clients. There are situations that the clients struggle to compose themselves and Joe has taught me to manage and control and believe in myself in dealing with tense situations in a healthy and productive way without fear. I would highly recommend his program. I do both Muay Thai and Krav Maga and have lost 10 lbs in the first two months. Loving it!!
