Teachers don't actually know what they're teaching

Do not go here, teachers are just for your money, making you sign into year long contracts. They also don't have names for the "katas" they teach. They claim that their self-defense techniques could protect anyone from even a gun or knife.
Without them, I wouldn't be the person I am today.
