I was looking for a place to take my son to learn martial arts. I stumbled alone Perez Kempo. I did my due diligence and research him …. OMG !! This guy is a monster!! He is a convicted child molester !!! He belongs in prison!! Needless to say we will never go to his school !! The place is nasty to boot !!

Richard Perez rapped a 13 year old child. I looked him up on the VA Sex offenders list. He raped a 13 year old child !! Please keep ur children far away from him !! He should never be around children. I still can’t believe he is not in prison. What I stated is all facts and public record

I don’t understand how he is even in business!!! He is a convicted child rapest. He knows nothing about martial arts!! He uses his school to groom his prey !! PLEASE keep ur children away from this monster !!! I have reached out to local media to get the word out about this monster. He is not allowed around children, so why is he allowed to have a karate school??? He only received 6 months for raping a child !! Obviously our system is broken. He should rot in prison !!! I’m doing my part and exposing this monster to the community!! Stay far away from Perez Kempo !!! Richard Perez is a dangerous man!!

Mr. Perez is an outstanding instructor. He takes his Kenpo very seriously. He has used it to defend himself in the streets. You earn your rank at his school.

keep him away from your children, me and my family went there for less then a month. i saw right through him, he knows nothing about martial arts.

I knew he was a con artist the first time I walked into his nasty dojo. The man is a slob. Martial Artist are supposed to have a higher standard, this guys obviously don’t. Not only is he a slob, he is a horrible instructor. His black belts are very nice people, but have never been trained properly. Then to find out he raped one of his 13 year old students and only did 6 months!! He is a Tier 3 registered sex offender. I know for a fact there were other victims beside this young child that he raped !! Hopefully he will go back to prison where he belongs
