Extremely disappointed

VERY poorly run. Little kid classes have been taught by teenagers (who command no respect from rowdy 5-yr olds), or an adult who was bored and irritated by the children. No organization. No discipline. NO STRUCTURE. Little-to-no instruction or explanation for the kids to learn the forms, kicks, etc. Facility is cold, dark and falling apart. Management/reception/instructors have repeatedly been dismissive, rude and bored. Gave it a decent try hoping it would improve... but now have a very disappointed child, whose hard work to earn stripes was all for nothing as we will be switching to another school.
