This place is wonderful, my son has always wanted to try Martial Arts and we could not find that "special" place to start. Some friends told us that Papa Aikido USA was opening and we jumped at the chance to join. After a few sessions we have found a home. My son loves it and is excited to continue ! I might even join after the summer craziness is over ! If you are looking for a comfortable place to learn and be around wonderful people this is the place !
I think it was the best Decision I have made to go in aikido

When I did do it I loved it! It can keep me calmed and you are learning how to protect yourself in very dangerous problems. Examples Dis-arming a gun so I do think you should try it out i know I'm gonna try to get back in aikido!

Sensei Soriano will teach you the art of Aikido. He has learned and continues to learn the traditional style as the art was designed. Sensei Soriano will continue to teach the traditional style as he has learned. Sensei will also set a great example of how to live a kind, humble, and healthy lifestyle. All ages will benefit from this class.

Sensei Soriano is just amazing! He has studied Aikido and martial arts for over 40 years. I did some research and found out that Sensei Soriano is the only one in the state affiliated with United States Aikido Federation, International Aikido Federation and with PAPA Aikido, in which he is also the co-founder! He even studied at the Hombu dojo in Japan, where Aikido was founded by O'Sensei! Sensei loves to teach and harbor a family-like atmosphere. I highly recommend this dojo!

Soriano Sensei provides so much more than just basic aikido instruction. At PAPA Aikido, we are shown the minute details behind effective technique. You find that you don't have to use a lot of muscle to be successful. Also, the environment is very friendly, everyone has a smile. Just one big family!

If you're looking to learn the art in a traditional way
This is what you're looking for. Coming from the very old ways conveyed from O'sensie to his son Kashimaru, the instructor Jose Soriano attended learned lessons through the PAPA founder sensie Tenegra. Jose started during the 70's and he is 5th real deal Dan or 5th degree black belt having to attend lessons at the Hombo HQ in Japan as well
So if you're looking to learn through the best then join now. . . .
