White Dragon is the Best Around

I have trained White Dragon Kung Fu for over 3 years and it has changed my life. I've lost weight, increased flexibility, and learned through martial arts how to be more patient, loving, disciplined, and honest. So if you are looking for a school for yourself, or anyone else, you must go in and talk to Sifu Crawford. Sifu Crawford uses patience, discipline, high level skill, and his own love of the art to bring out the best in his students. I can't imagine training anywhere else, or any other style.
Teaches all ages. Authentic to the teachings of the late Grandmaster Pai. This style is challenging but very rewarding, and the Sifu is a excellent teacher.
