I have over 40 years of martial arts experience, I have an extensive background in law enforcement and personal protection skills. I am an avid competitor and hall of fame inductee.
We teach Urban, USA, Nisei and Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate here in addition to wrestling and weight training.

Monday & Wednesday 7:00PM to 8:30PM - Teens & Adults
Tuesday & Thursday 6:60PM to 8:00PM - Children
Saturday 10:30 to 12:00noon - Open class
