Pa Isshinryu Karate and Self Defense in East Stroudsburg, PA offers various training programs that help improve a child’s focus, discipline, balance, and self-confidence. We teach the basics of karate and self-defense and instill positive values in our students. We are a family oriented school with programs for children as young as 3, teens, and adults. We have a program for all ages. Our school offers a clean, relaxed atmosphere with a large Dojo floor, bathrooms, and changing rooms. We cater to our students needs offering many services including a 3 to 5 year old program, extra free activities, and a program specifically for special needs children.
