I've trained with Sensei Sandra for several years. She's knowledgeable, always present and makes her students feel important to her. A family feeling in our dojo.

The perfect place to start your martial arts journey

A great combination of technique & conditioning with rock solid instruction. Very well equipped dojo with a traditional feel. I've already taken drills from class, to competition. I would highly recommend for children & adults of all ages.

A lot of one on one training.
I was told to 'suck it up' when I complained to Sandra about the homophobia and racists slurs I heard and I looked online and saw a n article full of her FB and IG posts and they are very racist and anti gay, Q anon stuff. I do not feel safe there and I never returned .
