At Open Hand Kempo we have Martial Arts training for Men, Women and Children. Our teaching philosophy is based on 5 principles: Effort, Ettiquette, Sincerity, Self Control and Character. We have highly qualified Blackbelt Instructors, which participated in a formalized teaching program. We continue to study and train so we can offer the best possible knowledge to all of our students

Group Lesson Schedule (You may participate up to 2 times per week)
Pee Wee(Ages 4-7)
Mon, Wed and Fri: 4:30pm-5:15pm, Sat: 11:00am-11:45pm
Kids(Ages 8-13)
Beginner's (White-Purple Belt):
Mon, Wed and Fri: 5:30pm-6:30pm, Sat: 12:00pm-1:00pm
Advanced (Blue Belt & Above):
Tue, Thu: 5:30pm-6:30pm, Sat: 12:00pm-1:00pm
Adults(14 & Up)
All Ranks:
Mon, Wed, Thu and Fri: 7:00pm-8:00pm, Tue and Thu: 12:00pm-1:00pm,
Sat: 10:00am-11:00am
Spar (Adults and Kids) *Must be purple belt or above
Tai Chi(Adults and Seniors)
Wed: 1:00pm-1:30pm
Kyusho Study Group
Saturday/ Once a month: 3:30pm-5:30pm
