Oom Yung Doe has developed my mind, body, skill, and ability in ways I didn't know were possible. I am so much stronger and have so much more energy than I used to. Through winning over myself and building tremendous but balanced strength I always feel good and can maintain my peace and comfort no matter the circumstances. Thank you for everything.
