At One Strike, we pride ourselves in being "old school" keeping our curriculum and discipline with old karate school tradition. We are located in the heart of the Village of Blasdell, serving the community as well as the Lackawanna, Buffalo, Hamburg, Orchard Park areas. Our instructors who's ranks range Shodan to Nanadan, and have many combined years of valued training and instruction experience. We specialize in providing traditional Isshin-Ryu karate instruction and various self-defense programs for all levels. We offer a 20% discount to all active and veteran Military, Coast Guard, Police, EMT's, Security Guards and Fire Fighters. We also offer group and business/corporate discounts. Programs & Class Schedule
We have Isshin-ryu Karate and Kobudo classes for all ages. Our Isshin-Ryu Young Dragons program is specially designed for ages 4 years to 8 years. We offer a number of Self-defense programs, including Action / Reaction Corporate programs, Girls, Teens and Women,s Self-defense and Empowerment Programs specially designed for those age groups and their specific social and age appropriate situations, Over 50 discount tuition rates, Service members discount, and private instruction. Karate classes are Mondays 6-7:30, Wednesdays 6:00-8:30 and Thursdays 6:00-7:30. Yoga schedule can be found via the link on our website.
