Being a part of Omro TKD, makes you feel like you have a second family. Every one has good spirits, and a professional disposition; mind you, we still love to goof off. ...discipline is enforced as well, which is good; so when we goof off too much we get PUSH UPS!!! XD, always a smile though. Mrs. Shannon Foust is an excellent instructor who integrates physical activity, with games, runs, exercise, and all the extras. This traditional class focuses a lot on the forms and one steps of the sport. With many black belts now, the lower belts can have more time to learn from an experienced martial artist. I recommend this class in the highest.
