Omei Wushu USA - Technique Studios

O-Mei Wushu USA teaches Chinese martial arts to kids through Seniors. At our center we focus on the art and appreciation of Martial Arts and what it brings to the kids and adults of the community. Self Confidence, Discipline, Coordination, Self-Defense are all taught at our school through the various bare hand routines to the use of classical weapons. Grappling in the form of Chin Na as well as Sanda/SanShou sparring is also done. We teach both traditional as well as contemporary routines as well as internal forms based on the Yang System.
