Tuesday:
5:15 p.m. – KickFit adult cardio (age 16+)
6:00 p.m. – Beginner Taekwondo (age 7-13)
7:00 p.m. – Intermediate/Advanced Taekwondo (age 7-13)
8:00 p.m. – Adult Taekwondo, all ranks (age 14+)
Thursday:
5:15 p.m. – Preschool Taekwondo (age 4-6)
6:00 p.m. – Beginner Taekwondo (age 7-13)
7:00 p.m. – Intermediate/Advanced Taekwondo (age 7-13)
8:00 p.m. – Adult Taekwondo, all ranks (age 14+)
Saturday:
11:00 a.m. – KickFit adult cardio (age 16+)
12:00 p.m. – Taekwondo Sparring (age 7-13)
1:00 p.m. – MMA (age 16+)
