our instructor is patient , yet pushes us to be our best, I am 43yrs. old with two very rare diseases , [polymyalgiarheumatica and acute intermittent pyrforia] my immune system was failing, since taking this class my immune system has come up 7 points and I am improving daily. I also have shrunk 4 sizes in my waist. these classes have not only boosted my health, but my will to keep fighting these two illnesses, and my self esteem has come way up. I have made some very close friends in this process , Olivers martial arts is now sort to speak my way of LIFE! looking forward to each class every week.
